Add Linting to webapps

      AT:

      • add grunt task to run eslint before compiling javascript sources (with production flag)
      • if linting or code styling check fails, code is not compiled

      Investigate grunt newer package to maybe enable linting for development builds
      This ticket also implies that the current code base is fixed in regard to the set styling and linting guidelines.
