Skip history authorization performance tests failing on DB2

    Description

      Situation:

      The engine-query-performance-test on DB2 does not complete because the performance of the engine regarding the history + authorization queries is improvable.
      It runs for over one hour until the Jenkins kills the build due to timeout settings.

      AT:

      • identify the tests that are not feasible on db2 and ignore them explicitly
