Improve loading icon

      The icon used to indicate "loading" of data is kind of "drunk rolling" and may lead to uncomfortable "sea sickness" feelings.

      This could be improved (and will be).

      Note: CSS animations are not supported in IE9

            It seems like the ones that use animate-spin directly directly (e.g. on the process definition dashboard) are sober, but the loading-indicator widget (e.g. on the cockpit dashboard in the processes section) is still drunk.
