I can use a finishedBefore statement for finished tasks (JAVA API)

    Description

      AT:

      – I can use a finishedBefore property to query all tasks which were finished before a specific date
      – I can use this property only when 'finished' is set to true
      – The dateformat needs to be: yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ss
