Using the REST Api, I can GET, modify and DELETE local variables of an Execution by ID

      • GET retrieves existing variables
      • POST modifies existing variables or adds new variables
      • DELETE removes existing variables

      Should work similar to variable modification for process instances as implemented in CAM-642
