All distro database configurations have the transaction level set to read committed if this is possible. Analog to the changes made to the QA runtimes.

Reason

Even if read committed is the default for h2 which is configured in the distros this setting is useful if users only change the h2 configuration to mysql for example. Than the transaction level is automatically set correct if they do not change it manually.
