Replace update to upgrade in Rolling upgrade documentation

      The rolling upgrades documentation should be more consistent:

      • replace the updates with upgrades

      -> Updates are in cases of 7.6.2 to 7.6.3 (apply patches which contains bug fixes, more stable version etc.)

      -> Upgrade from one minor to another so 7.6.2 to 7.7.0 (new features made available for the user)
