Extract rolling update test suite from instance migration test suite

      The rolling upgrade test suite should be extracted from the instance migration test suite.
      Because currently in the instance migration test suite the test-fixture have to be copied and adjusted after a minor update.

      AT (On minor release of 7.6):

      • on master (7.7) it exists only the test suite which tests rolling update from 7.6 to 7.7 and on maintenance branch the test suite test from 7.5 to 7.6
