taffydb was renamed to taffydb-jsdoc: https://github.com/jsdoc3/jsdoc/issues/1249
All our releases fail cause we cannot build bpm-sdk-js anymore with jsdoc

- either remove jsdoc task from grunt build step on all branches
- or delete jsdoc completely from the repository
