When opening the Webapp, I see a welcome Screen

      • when opening the webapp' root url, I am redirected to a welcome app
      • I can login to the welcome app
      • The welcome app has the following features:
        • I can see which applications (tasklist, cockpit, admin) are available to me
        • I can see my profile (user id, groups, name ...)
        • I can edit my profile
        • I can change my password
        • I can see a list of links
