Reproduce:

Goto welcome page
Click on Cockpit

Expected:

Cockpit is loaded and displayed

Observed:

Cockpit is loaded and displayed for half a second, then cockpit is loaded again.

Also occurs with Admin (Tasklist is fine)

This is the controller panel for Smart Panels app
