Description
Within the REST-API a method for evaluating decisions in BULK should be added.
This BULK-method should be able
- to receive many records of input data with one request
- evaluate the decision for all records received
- return all results (output data) as bulk
- insert history data in a perfomant way (maybe also as bulk?)
- use the decision definition cache (avoid quering the database for new versions of a decision definition with each evaluation)
