Batch Operation Button is disabled with empty search

      Reproduce:

      • goto EE Cockpit processes dashboard
      • notice the empty search at the top of the page and the enabled Batch operation button
      • Add a search criteria "Finished Only"
      • Batch operation button gets disabled
      • Remove search criteria again

      Expected:

      • Batch operation button is re-enabled

      Observed:

      • Batch operation button stays disabled
