      • a DRG with 2 decisions A and B
      • decision A required decision B
      • decision B has a hit policy collect without aggregator or rule order

      AT:

      • the output value of decision B is always a lists which contains all values of the matched rules
      • if only one rule has matched then the output value is a list with one element
