Propagate current query to batch operation page

      Given that I am on the processes dashboard and I have selected a query
      If I click the batch operation button
      Then the query parameters should be "taken over" to the batch operations page

      Note: only applicable to the "Process Instance: XXX" parameters, NOT the "Incident: XXX" parameters

        This is the controller panel for Smart Panels app
