Reproduce:

• Goto cockpit batch operations page
• Select Set Retries as Operation
• Add a search query that does not return any results (e.g. ID = 'Nonexistent')

Expected:

• Empty search message shows something like "There are no instances matching the criterium."

Observed:

• Empty search message shows "There are no instances to delete."
