In compensation no event subscriptions are created for the ConcurrentScopeExecutions

    Description

      On compensation the create ConcurrentScopeExecution is not correctly initialized.
      No event subscriptions are created. Event sub processes with conditional, message events etc are not possible to execute.
      See failing test case.
