Some changes in the code have to be done to reflect the changes in the cockpit dashboard:

• plugins used for navigation will now use `cockpit.navigation` as plugin point
• the values, which are in the "Right Now" section get a doghnut chart
• the charts are available in CE
• the original value is placed in the center of the chart
• labels are removed from around the chart (legend is shown by hovering)
• remove the open cases (we don't have the necessary API)
• move labels below the chart, center them, hovering the chart replaces the text
• in EE, links on chart regions open pre-filtered
