Double clicking Complete in Tasklist causes duplicate key value violation

    Description

      While Tasklist was completing a task, the user click Complete a second time as it appeared as the GUI was frozen. That lead to a double submission which displayed the attached error message and gave the user a scare.

      It would be great if Tasklist disabled the Complete button after a user clicks on it.
