If a process is deployed via the REST API and has no isExecutable flag (so the default is false), then a response should notify the user that something goes wrong. Currently 200 is returned and process is not deployed.

Returned deployment entity should contain list of deployed process definitions, so it is clear if no process definition was deployed.
