We have to investigate why OPTIONS request does not work on Websphere 9

      We created infrastructure to test the engine rest API with Apache CXF. No failing tests are spotted regarding the options Method.

      See AuthorizationRestServiceInteractionTest which contains for example tests with the usage for OPTIONS method.

      That means we have to investigate why OPTIONS request does not work on websphere 9.
