Missing empty indicator for search result

      Reproduce:

      • Goto EE Cockpit Processes Dashboard
      • perform a search that returns no results

      Expected:

      • A message like "Search returned no results" is shown

      Observed:

      • No message is shown

      For 7.7.0 only: Empty indicator is also missing for decisions search

      Hint: We need to add the text-empty attribute to the loading widget.
