Currently, the styles for webapps are in camunda-commons-ui. So installing the styles also means installing all dependencies of commons-ui, such as cmmn-js, dmn-js, etc.

As we are building new webapps like optimize, it would be useful to just get the styles without anything else from commons-ui.

One way to do that would be to extract the styles into a new repository.
