When assigning a user in task list, I see a typeahead of available users

    Description

      • Makes it more convenient to assign users that actually exist
      • May require changes in frontend and/or backend => needs breakdown when we tackle this
      • might make sense to only show this when the number of results is limited to a smaller number (e.g. via candidate groups)
