Steps to reproduce:

1. open runtime process instance view for a process instance with incidents
2. open incidents tab
3. select any activity inside the tab (not on the diagram)

Problem:
The variables tab gets opened.

Expected Behavior:
The incidents tab stays open and only incidents for the given activity instance are shown.

Hint:
The same behavior can be observed in combination with other tabs (i.e. user tasks, etc.).
