In variables tab the requests are executed multiple times when selecting an activity

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. open EE Cockpit
      2. open process instance view of a process instance of process "Cornercases Process"
      3. open variables tab
      4. select a page > 1 (maybe you have to adjust the pagination size)
      5. select an activity inside (for example "Sub Process") the variables tab

      Problem:
      The query + count request is executed three times

      Expected Behavior:
      The query + count request is executed only once.

      Hint:
      The same behavior can be observed in the variables tab in the historic process instance view.
