Problem

Currently Jenkins uses the LDAP plugin to authenticate users. We do that also behind our Nginx Reverse Proxy.
This leads to problems in terms of the login to Jenkins is broken when TG changes the LDAP config.

• Use https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Reverse+Proxy+Auth+Plugin instead of the LDAP plugin to delegate authentication to the reverse proxy
• Configure our Nginx to correctly set the required headers for the Reverse Proxy Auth Plugin for Jenkins Master, 7.6, 7.5, 7.4, 7.3, 7.2, consulting.camunda.com/jenkins, jenkins.delivery-manager.camunda.com
