I can read how to create a new authorization of a specific resource

      Todo:

      • extend the 'Authorization Service' section in the User Guide so that I can read what resource id can be set for an authorization (e.g. resource id for resource 'Deployment' is the deployment id)
      • add a link from the Webapps > Admin > Authorization Management to this section
