Welcome App always links to default engine

      Reproduce:

      • login to the welcome app using an engine that is not named default
      • click on any link to the webapps (e.g. Tasklist)

      Expected:

      • I get to the selected webapp of the engine I had on the welcome app

      Observed:

      • I get to the selected webapp of the engine named default (which might not exist)

        This is the controller panel for Smart Panels app
