In Cockpit, I can restart process instances

      AT:

      • It is possible to restart (finished or canceled) process instances at any activity
      • When restarting the instances, they can be restarted at multiple activities
      • Therefore it should be possible to filter for process instances by using the historic process instance query
      • The restart is executed asynchronously
