When using the incident rest api I can sort the historic incidents by incident state

    Description

      AT:

      • when:
        • I as a user want to retrieve the historic incidents (see here)
        • and sort them by incident state (open, deleted, resolved)
      • then
        • I get a list of historic incidents sorted by the state
