if nothing is selected (or the pool of the process), then all variables of the process instance are shown (local and global)
variables are shown in a table with the following columns
- Name, Value, Type, Scope
- in Scope-column the BPMN name of an activity instance is shown
- the scope is a clickable link, which lead to selection in the tree
- mouse over on scope shows activity instance ID
in case of selection, only the local variables of the selected elements are shown
