I can request report for finished case instances

      AT:

      • I can request report for finished case instances from REST API
      • Result contains:
        • case definition id
        • case definition name
        • case definition version
        • history time to live
        • amount of finished case instances (for current moment)
        • amount of 'cleanable' finished case instances (see Hint)

      So that

      • I can tune history TTL for case definitions

      Hint:

      • 'cleanable' historic case instance - those that may be removed, if we run async history cleanup HistoryService#cleanUpHistoryAsync. Basically you should use query org/camunda/bpm/engine/impl/mapping/entity/HistoricDecisionInstance.xml#selectHistoricCaseInstanceIdsForCleanup or similar.
