Remove misleading sentence from docs

      There is a misleading sentence in our docs on incidents:
      https://docs.camunda.org/manual/7.6/user-guide/process-engine/incidents/

      Or the fact that a process instance has entered an error state which could be modeled as a BPMN Error Boundary event or a User Task explicitly marked as "error state".

      This sentence should be removed.
