      • create new manager (generic manager factory) for persistence
      • create commands, that call the manager (getter for manager)
      • fields: type, configuration, timestamp, process instance, execution, activity instance, cause, root cause
      • runtime only, remove data when root cause does not exist anymore
        • execution entity get cached entity state beachten
