In many places, Cockpit shows that incidents have happened. This includes:
- process definition list on process dashboard
- on the process definition page, the diagram is decorated with a red "!"
For technical operators it is important to understand not only that "at least one incident" has happened, but it would be very valuable to them to see how many. This makes it easier to judge and triage problems: "is this a general problem is this a problem with a single instance?"
We should look into how we can improve this and make it more transparent.
