Add Google Tag Manager to docs.camunda.org

      We want to add google tag manager tracking to the documentation. For details, see comment below.

      Note: the docs use a theme which needs to be built using node.js: https://github.com/camunda/camunda-docs-theme
      and then added to the docs repository.

      We can look into the procedure together, if you want.

      Tracking Codes need to be added on all branches of the docs > 7.4
