In Java API, I can delete all Process Definitions with the same key

      All versions of a process definitions with a given key are deleted.

      AT:

      1. Only support deletion of process definitions (neither decision nor case definitions)
      2. Delete all process definitions by key that belong to no tenant
      3. Delete all process definitions by key that belong to a specific tenant
      4. Skipping custom listeners and cascade deletion must be supported
      5. Provide a fluent builder api which covers the mentioned scenarios
