In Cockpit, I cannot open the batch operation page

      Steps to reproduce

      Open Cockpit and click on batch operation

      Expected behavior

      The batch operation page is opened

      Observed behavior

      The batch operation page is not opened and the user is redirected to the dashboard

        This is the controller panel for Smart Panels app
