I can see report about finished batches in Cockpit

    Description

      As a Cockpit user I can see new report finished batches (see CAM-8098 for backend)

      Fields to show:

      • batch type
      • amount of finished batch operations (for current moment)
      • amount of 'cleanable' finished batch operations
      • history time to live (non-modifiable)
