Steps to reproduce

• Deploy process definition with a message start event and an user task
• Start an instance of the process definition
• Migrate the instance to the same process definition with the default mapping

Observed Behavior

• After the migration a new event subscription was created for the message of the start event referencing the user task execution

Expected Behavior

• No event subscription is created for the running process instance
