History Cleanup: Fix empty Cleanable Data List

      Currently, when there are no cleanable items found, we show the table/list header but no items. For consistency with other tasbles/lists in cockpit, there should be some hint like "No cleanabkle data found".

        This is the controller panel for Smart Panels app

            Didn’t see one when I looked, but if it as as you state, then we should rephrase to something like IMO:

            ”There are no finished [Processes/ Decisions/Cases/Batches]”

            [Depending on current tab]
