Problem

The download of all Oracle JDKs is broken since Oracle changed their website.
See https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/JENKINS-47448
This breaks all builds which depend on Oracle JDK download.

Replace the JDK download from Oracle by downloading them from Google Storage Bucket.
