Current:
When you hover the table of content you see underline (see attached screenshot)
Also there is overlapping of CamundaHistoryLevelAutoHandlingConfiguration and TOC.

Expected:
The behavior when you hover the TOC is the same as the other tables of content
(for example - https://docs.camunda.org/manual/latest/user-guide/process-engine/variables/)
