remove webapp-ee

      with the new enterprise webjar/webapp stuff hosted in the enterprise private repo, this shpuld be removed from the public repo

            Hi jan.galinski@holisticon.de,
            we will still need the module, to distinguish between commuinity and enterprise webapps. We tried to invent some workaround to avoid it, but finally gave up as we faced a lot of inconveniences in our CI infrastructure. We need webapp-ee starter to include the EE webapps in the app.
