[CAM-8345] Broken sidebar width in process instance runtime view - camunda JIRA

When
- I go to Cockpits process instance runtime view
Then
- the width of the sidebar is different to other views (process definition view / process instance history view)

When
- I try to adjust the sidebar width
Then
- the sidebar automatically collapses

Expected behavior
- the sidebar has the same width in all views by default
- sidebar width is adjustable
