When the logged in user does not have the permission to read the history, then the loading spinner in history tab never comes to an end.

AT:

• whenever a failure is received the spinner stops
• there are two options what then should be shown:
  • the exception (this could be misleading since the returned failure message is "No task found for task id <task-id>.")
  • the message "There is no history for the task." is shown
