modeler build missing dependency

    Description

      The modeler-nightly job in Jenkins is unable to build because of following error:

      org.osgi.framework.system.packages=}
      [ERROR] Cannot resolve project dependencies:
      [ERROR] Software being installed: org.camunda.bpm.modeler 2.1.0.qualifier
      [ERROR] Missing requirement: org.camunda.bpm.modeler 2.1.0.qualifier requires 'bundle org.eclipse.bpmn2 0.0.0' but it could not be found
      [ERROR]
