Link to decision instance does not work in DRD Instance View

      Reproduce:

      • open a drd instance view in cockpit
      • drill down to the decision instance in the diagram view

      Expected Behavior:

      • decision instance view opens

      Observed Behavior:

      • nothing happens

        This is the controller panel for Smart Panels app
