Migration UI: #updateEventTrigger should be the default

      Proposal: The default behavior of event trigger updates during migration should be the opposite.

      Current behavior: triggers are not migrated, e.g. message names for message events remain in the old version

      Expected behavior: triggers should be migrated by default

      Motivation: this is what people expect more often.

      Note: Currently, this issue is intended for collecting feedback by linking issues and forum posts.
